The Screen Shot Experience
The Screen Shot Experience is a media project—part podcast, part cultural examination—designed to confront how modern media and technology shape our thinking, behavior, and sense of self.
Hosted by voices that span Baby Boomer through Gen Z lived experience, Screen Shot comes from people who remember life before constant screens, before algorithmic feeds, before everything became instant and disposable. That perspective matters. It allows us to compare what technology was meant to do with what it’s actually doing now.
Through current events, cultural trends, and personal stories, Screen Shot examines how media once served connection, creativity, and progress—and how, in many cases, it now distorts reality, weakens attention, and quietly undermines mental health and personal responsibility.
This is not an anti-technology crusade. It’s a clarity project.
Screen Shot highlights where technology genuinely improves lives—and where it causes harm—then leaves the final decision where it belongs: with the audience. Viewers and listeners are invited to think critically, reassess their habits, and decide whether to keep using media the same way…or use it with greater intention, awareness, and self-control.
Awareness first. Choice second. Responsibility always.
