Assembling once a month from 6pm-8pm with the intent purpose of allowing women to release everyday burdens that they carry on the inside. Offering a safe place, that allows them to be authentic and transparent for inward healing and reflection on womanhood.

During E.x.Hale women from all walks of life share experiences and reflect on topics such as marriage, friendship, motherhood, mental health and bridging the gap between generations of women.
